The City of Durham is conducting a survey to see which of these bus designs you like the best. Mr. D. thinks they should be more concerned about things like, oh, bus shelters and service frequency, but as a designer, I’m concerned that the five options don’t really give citizens enough of a choice of visuals. So I am offering my own design:

Wouldn’t you just feel all perky if you saw seven of these, all in a row, come barreling past Bull McCabe’s? And if you ride the bus, wouldn’t boarding this festive transport just make you want to sing all the way to the bus depot? Maybe the drivers will even feel inspired to lead sing-a-longs! And hand out lollipops! Riding the bus could be fun! We could reduce Durham’s carbon load and defeat global warming!

The survey does allow for comments, so you can override your radio-button vote with a comment of “I vote for the CroneBus!”
