I just spent over 2 hours trying to correct overcharges on both my Verizon bill (2nd month running) and a Bank of America balance transfer. I’m really sick and tired of companies that basically flat out lie to you, and then make you jump through hoops to get your money back.
And yes, Alltel, I’m looking at you.

I figured my good experiences with Verizon were just luck.
