  Protest technique in times of non-drought: start flushing all the other toilets in all the other stalls (opening and closing each stall door loudly). Repeat until you elicit a “Hey, let me call you back — it’s really noisy in here” from the offender.

  I’m not sure what to do in times of drought. Maybe just one bucket of water thrown over the correct stall?

  I prefer answering back, as though they were speaking to you.
  “Why does my life suck so?”
  “Because you talk to yourself in the bathroom.”
