Had our first real beach day today–swimming, walking, shelling, sunbathing. Did a few event-related odds and ends here and there, but it was mostly one of those days when you just sort of wander from one low-pressure activity to the next with no particular aim or focus.
Completely unlike my normal days, in other words.
Current forecast for Saturday: 76 degrees, 10% chance of rain. The wind kicked up this afternoon, raising whitecaps on the ocean, and it was cool enough to require a light jacket this evening. The afternoon swim was considerably rougher than the morning: still small waves, but more stronger and more frequent. Although the afternoon water temp was noticeably higher, too.
